With the Arno Enoitalia Inox, in fact, the stalks, which are separated from the grapes, will be thrown out and the must will be sent by pump to the container at a height of up to 5 meters.

Composed of a solid metal frame, perfect for protecting the internal gears, the Arno Enoitalia 25 stainless steel crusher-DEstemmer offers excellent resistance to wear and tear and is designed to last. Equipped with wheels at the base for easy movement and positioning, with dimensions of 1100 x 700 x 900 (h) mm and a weight of 78 kg, the Arno Enoitalia stem crusher with Fiberno pump is capable of producing up to 2500 kg of must per hour, thanks to the highly efficient power of the 2 hp motor. In addition, the central part of the stainless steel destemmer Fiberno 25 with pump is removable and allows the cage to be cleaned of remaining grape stems.

The product allows the handling of musts up to 5 meters high and 15 linear meters: this is a useful accessory to obtain a quality bottled product, due to the possibility of removing the stems before pressing the grapes, preserving the characteristics of the liquid inside.
