The villa is 124 m2. It is located in the tourist-weekend settlement Suvi Laki near Rusinovo - Berovo. The distance from Strumica is 27 km, and from Berovo 26 km. There is access to the road that passes through the settlement, which is actually the local road Strumica - Berovo.

On the first level there is a room with the possibility of a summer kitchen, or whatever suits. This is a separate section.
On the second level there is: a living room and a tiled part for the kitchen; bathroom; large paneled balcony.
