The warehouses are separate rooms separated by walls and only the tenant has a key to them, which guarantees maximum privacy and security. Some of the warehouses have natural light.
The facility is 3 km from East Gate Mall, and 5 km from the center of Skopje and is in the Triangla area.
The facility is built to the highest JU standards, hard construction with a stable temperature and no moisture, clean, well lit, safe, with separate men's and women's toilets (on the floor level), with telephone, cable and optical installation.

The facility is 500m away from the highway (Cento junction), at the entrance to Skopje, there are 2 direct entrances from the main street (Blagoja Stefkovski), suitable for vans and tow trucks (there is a circular movement of vehicles around the facility), a large yard and a sufficient number of parking spaces spaces for cars and vans. Tow trucks can be parked parallel or perpendicular to the loading/unloading facility.
The floor is made of reinforced concrete with a load capacity of 1t/m², above it there is a concrete cover on which a ferroconcrete coating is applied and it meets the phytosanitary conditions for storing food and medicines. The facility meets HTP standards, and the HTP permit is necessary for importing goods.
Warehouses are let for storage only - no production allowed.
The facility has freight elevators with a load capacity of 1.5t, a loading ramp for tugboats (H=1.2m). The entire facility is under 24-hour video surveillance.

Our tenants are entitled to free service with our manual forklifts (palletaries) and carts.
